By participating in the HSL volunteer program, I agree to hold harmless the Humane Society of the Lakes and any employee and/or member of the Board of Trustees of said agency from any liability arising in conjunction with my participation in a HSL volunteer program.

Please note: We are looking for volunteers that are willing to commit to a regualr time at a minimum of once weekly or bi-weekly, as little as 2 hours at a time. If you cannot make a regular commitment, please hold on to this application until your schedule allows you to make such a commitment.
